Open living and spatial coherence
The ground floor is designed as one continuous living space where living, cooking, dining and playing come together. The kitchen is located at the street side, the living room at the garden side. Between them, the dining room forms the heart of the home. Here there is a mezzanine that connects both floors. Together with the tall glass façade, it brings light deep into the home. The staircase is part of this space and reinforces the open connection between the levels.
Architecture and sustainability in balance
The house has a bright and calm appearance through the use of white plaster, wood accents and anthracite-colored frames. The carport is integrated into the volume and finished with facade panels, creating a cohesive whole. Large and carefully placed window openings provide light and views. The house is highly insulated and equipped with solar panels. Screens are subtly integrated and contribute to comfort without disturbing the design. Everything is focused on a sustainable and comfortable way of living.

Designed with tomorrow in mind
The house was completed in 2017 and expanded in 2022 with approximately 50 m² on the upper floor. This extension blends seamlessly with the original architecture and shows how the house was designed to adapt to change. The design offers room to grow with the residents without compromising quality or cohesion. Flexibility is not an afterthought, but part of the concept. This creates a home that adapts to life — now and in the future.
