Integration into the landscape and architecture

The villa fits naturally into the green surroundings. The volume is clearly and understatedly designed, with light brickwork and slender detailing. The generous roof overhang gives the house a pronounced horizontal line and provides shelter all around. Large glazed areas open the façades toward the garden and the canal, allowing the house not to close itself off, but rather to seek connection with its surroundings.

Light, visibility and spatial experience

Inside, everything revolves around light and transparency. The living spaces face the garden and the water, bringing the outside presence into the interior at all times. Transparent corners and carefully placed window openings enhance the sense of space. From every position, a different perspective emerges. The home feels open, yet remains calm and controlled in its design.

Living in balance between indoors and outdoors

The house is designed as a place where indoors and outdoors flow into one another. The overhang filters light and makes it possible to stay outdoors in shelter. Materials and detailing have been used sparingly, creating calm in use and experience. Not defined by form, but by coherence. A house that aligns with how people live every day — clear, comfortable, and in direct relation to its surroundings.
