Living on a compact lot
The house sits on a modest plot, but feels spacious and open. The design is clear and understated. White facade surfaces are combined with wooden accents, creating a calm and contemporary look. Through the layout of the volume and the positioning on the lot, the house has its own character from every angle. The outdoor space and the house strengthen one another.
Designed from the resident's perspective
During the design process, the residents were closely involved. Their way of life formed the starting point. You can see that reflected in the layout and circulation of the home. Everything connects logically. The house has been designed for lifelong use and offers long-term comfort. No separate choices, but one coherent whole in which function and space are in balance.

Relationship between indoors and outdoors
The living spaces are strongly oriented toward the garden. From the living room and dining room, you look directly outside. Large window openings provide light and sightlines throughout the house. The elbow windows reinforce this effect and bring the greenery inside. In the interior, the chimney forms a central element that subtly divides the spaces without separating them. Inside and outside remain connected to each other.
